We are looking for passionate, energetic people to join our team of London Door to Door Fundraisers, with confidence to enlighten and inspire people to support our amazing charity partners.
You’ll be working within train stations and shopping centres in and around London, in teams of up to 5 fundraisers, approaching pedestrians and inspiring them to sign up to regular direct debit donations of at least £8 a month for a minimum of two years
All new starters receive full 2 days of training which includes charity specific training, objection handling and a thorough introduction to company culture and ethics.
We also have great career progression opportunities at REAL. Team Leaders are paid a basic of £402.50 (£483 if working Saturdays) p/w and you’ll also get bonuses depending on how well your team members do.
The London Private Site & Venues Fundraising role is a full time role, intended for those looking for a permanent position, committing to at least three months. You must be eligible to work in the UK
An immediate start, with weekly training sessions taking place every Tuesday and Wednesday
A guaranteed basic wage starting at £322 - £386.40 per week (depending if you work 5 or 6 days)
Uncapped weekly bonuses (initial £50 bonus for reaching target, then £10 per sign up thereafter)
Annual OTE of £35,000+

Working with a small team of dedicated and passionate London Private Site & Venues Fundraisers, you’ll work across Greater London, engaging the British public in busy shopping centres and train stations, inspiring people to sign up to long-term, regular direct debit donations to our charity partners.
Private Site & Venues Fundraisers work seven hour shifts Monday to Friday varied across shifts throughout the day but mostly 10am-6pm.
We are not commission based, you’ll get a guaranteed basic weekly wage with the opportunity to earn fantastic bonuses by hitting weekly set targets - A great opportunity to earn a wage you can truly be proud of.
