    Recruitment Interviewer / Consultant

    £22,000-£29,000 (basic), OTE £40,000 

     

    Location: London Office, Canary Wharf- London

     

    A vacancy has arisen for a Recruitment Interviewer / Consultant within the Recruitment Department of REAL Fundraising Ltd.

     

    The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful staffing of the private site & Doorstep fundraising operation(s) you are given responsibility for.

     

    Applicants for this role will need strong communication and presenting skills, they will need to be motivated and driven, well organised and efficient, be focused on achieving targets and completing staffing requests in the prescribed time period. A large amount of this role will involve telephoning potential applicants to assess suitability.

     

    A ‘can do’ attitude is crucial.

    • Telephone screening candidates
    • Conducting face to face interviews both in person and through video chat applications (Skype, Facetime etc.)
    • Updating the recruitment database
    • Running reference checks
    • Running DBS checks
    • Completing general admin duties.
